At Paris Perfumes we use a variety of Organic & Organic Certified ingredients across our range. All Organic ingredients are clearly marked in our ingredients listings and on product labels in accordance with The Soil Association and COSMOS standards. Many products tell you the exact percentage of organic ingredients, such as our Facial Washes and Facial Cleansers.
As we juggle a number of considerations when sourcing our product ingredients we have decided not to have Organic Certification from an outside body at this time. We follow the same strict criterias set out by leading certification agencies, and we make it clear when a product contains Organic Certified ingredients. We are working towards attaining Organic Certification for products in our range in the near future. If you need any further information about a particular product feel free to contact us.
100% Sustainability
Our practices as a company, boutique, and manufacturer are vibrantly green without even trace amounts of indifference or hypocrisy. We do not use any manipulated or synthetic chemicals in our products. We source and produce oils that are organic and originate from sustainably grown or wildcrafted ingredients. Our luxury packaging is on the cutting edge of sustainability, with paper manufactured using biofuel with pulp from sustainably managed forests.
Our boutique and headquarters are enrolled in the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power's Green Power for a Green LA program which relies upon solar, wind, biomass and other renewable sources of energy. Renewable electricity technologies are among the cleanest and have the least impact on the environment.
Never tested on animals
Our determination to improve standards of animal welfare extends to all products.
All Paris perfumes own brand personal care and cosmetic products are certified as not tested on animal's by the Cruelty Free International Humane Cosmetics Standard, symbolised by the Leaping Bunny logo.
This rigorous standard stipulates that no animal testing is conducted or commissioned for cosmetics products or ingredients in any phase of product development by Paris Perfumes or our suppliers after a fixed cut-off date. Additionally, we undergo independent audits to ensure that we remain compliant with the criteria of the Humane Cosmetics Standard.
We are in the process of adding the Leaping Bunny logo to these products to communicate this to our customers. But please be patient- although all of our cosmetic and personal care products are now certified, it will be a little while before all of our packaging is updated to reflect this.
